Federal farm disaster: Local counties qualify for help

A record wet summer has resulted in millions of dollars in crop damage in Indiana and now a federal disaster declaration. The U.S. Department of Agriculture has declared 53 counties as disasters. Officials report a record high average rainfall in June resulted in the loss of $400 million in corn and soybean losses in Indiana.
