Indiana Rep. Marlin Stutzman in the middle of budget vote

WASHINGTON – Indiana Rep. Marlin Stutzman was at the center of a very close vote Thursday on whether the House could proceed to debate the $1 trillion spending bill needed to keep the government running past midnight.

The vote was on agreeing to the rule for debate, a procedural move that is typically cast along party lines.
