S. Indiana voter turnout exceeds state average

A greater percentage of registered voters in Clark, Floyd and Harrison counties cast ballots for the November midterm election than most voters in other parts of Indiana.

On average, around 30 percent of voters showed up around the state compared to:

Harrison: 40 percent (12,222 of 30,588)

Clark: 35 percent (31,228 of 88,061)

Floyd: 33 percent (19,079 of 57,576)
