Lt. Gov. Holcomb promotes future of small towns

LAPORTE — Indiana’s new second in command views the challenge of decline in rural areas of the state as an opportunity to pave a road to a more prosperous future.

A major key is for small towns not to isolate themselves, but join other communities in working as a region to promote the strengths about their part of the state and feeding off the energy produced from their successes, Lt. Gov. Eric Holcomb said.
