FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP) — Republican Sen. Dan Coats says a GOP takeover of the U.S. Senate in next month’s election could lead to greater cooperation with the White House.
The 71-year-old Coats says the outcome of the November election will influence his decision on whether to see a new term when his seat is up for election in 2016.
