Gov. Pence Names Cynthia Carrasco as Indiana’s New Inspector General

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Gov. Mike Pence has named an Indianapolis woman as Indiana’s new inspector general.

Cynthia Carrasco has served since 2007 as executive director for the Office of the Inspector General and the Indiana State Ethics Commission. She’ll replace longtime Inspector General David Thomas on Jan. 11.
