President Obama is trying to rally support for the nuclear deal with Iran, while Republicans try to line up enough votes to kill it.
In a speech Wednesday at American University, Obama declared the agreement meets the West’s objectives of defusing Iran’s nuclear weapons program, and argued rejecting the accord would place the U-S on a path that will eventually end in war.
