Last week, he reported raising a meager $356,590.25 compared to Republican Jennifer-Ruth Green’s massive and historic haul of $626,340.10 in the second quarter.
And yesterday, The Cook Political Report changed the status of the race from “Leans Democrat” to “Toss Up.”
