WASHINGTON – After Susan Brooks was elected to Congress in 2012, political handicapper Stuart Rothenberg said GOP leaders would be nuts not to take advantage of her.
“She’s personable, articulate and has a good head on her shoulders — exactly what the Republican Party needs,” Rothenberg wrote.
