Ellspermann's exit official

INDIANAPOLIS – Lt. Gov. Sue Ellspermann made her expected exit official Monday as she delivered her resignation letter to both Gov. Mike Pence and the General Assembly. 

“It is with a conflicted heart that I share my resignation effective Wednesday March 2, 2016 at 5 p.m.,” she said.
