Gov. Mike Pence declares Rail Safety Week for Indiana, ranked 4th nationally for railroad crossing collisions

Law enforcement and the Indiana Department of Transportation are partnering with public safety program Indiana Operation Lifesaver this week to raise awareness of railroad crossing danger. Gov. Mike Pence declared Sunday through Saturday to be Indiana Rail Safety Week.
