Indiana teens have the power to end youth smoking

Teen tobacco use is on a nationwide decline. Youth smoking rates have dropped to their lowest levels in 22 years, and public awareness about the dangers and health risks of smoking is pervasive.
And yet, 13percent of Indiana teens still smoke. That's more than the national average, and doesn't include Indiana youth who are now experimenting with e-cigarettes, Hooka pens and other new smoking devices.
