Pence to Take Part in Congressional Hearing

WASHINGTON, D.C. - On Wednesday, February 4 at 10:00 a.m., Governor Mike Pence (R-IN) will testify at a hearing chaired by House Committee on Education and the Workforce Chairman John Kline (R-MN). The hearing, entitled "Expanding Opportunity in America's Schools and Workplaces," will take place in room 2175 of the Rayburn House Office Building.

Workplaces and schools across the country face significant challenges. More than eight million workers are unemployed, while another 6.8 million individuals are working part-time hours when they need full-time jobs. Wages remain stagnant and economic growth slowed in the last quarter of 2014.
