Indiana attorney general leads push for federal action to reduce robocalls

Indiana and Missouri are leading the way to fight for federal action that could help Americans avoid unwanted telemarketing calls.

According to the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) announced it is looking into recommendations from the 40 attorneys general to allow phone companies to implement call-blocking technologies, which could filter robocalls and other unwanted sales calls.
