New Albany college students sign up to vote

NEW ALBANY — Class had just ended and she had other things to take care of, but a few minutes could be spared to take care of something that was a little overdue.

“It’s been awhile since I registered [to vote]," Charissa Brewer, a senior at Indiana University Southeast, said. “I haven’t voted in an election in a long time, so I needed to get this done.”
