Where's John Gregg's decision on a transportation plan?

Indiana Republican Party Spokesman Robert Vane issued the following statement regarding the silence of John Gregg on the House Democrats' transportation plan:
“It’s been exactly one month since the House Democrats announced their fiscally-irresponsible transportation plan—a plan that would divert the gasoline sales tax from the state’s general fund and eventually eliminate our state’s reserves. In his losing campaign for governor in 2012, John Gregg proposed eliminating this same gasoline sales tax entirely. The questions are simple: does John Gregg still want to eliminate the gasoline sales tax or does he support the House Democrats’ plan? Is John Gregg ever going to tell Hoosiers where he stands on important issues? The clock is ticking and Hoosiers are waiting…"
