Regional Field Director
Regional Field Directors are advocates for their region and the needs of their Field Organizers and volunteers. They work to navigate relationships with local county parties, small businesses, and down-ballot candidates.
Regional Field Directors are always involved in the field, political, and operational discussions affecting their region.
Job Description:
- Execute the campaign plan in your region
- Coach your field organizers
- Manage relationships within your community
- Gain experience managing a team of volunteers
- Prior campaign experience preferred, but not required
Field Organizer
A Field Organizer is the face and presence in the community. This is the most important job in the field. Field organizers implement the field program within their area. Their job is to build infrastructure, recruit, train, and manage local neighborhood teams. Experience managing staff or volunteers is not required, but helpful. Having prior campaign experience is also good.
Job Description:
- Implement the field program within your area

- Gain first-hand experience in implementing a grassroots plan
- Preferred campaign experience, but not required
