Pence orders flags lowered

NDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Indiana Gov. Mike Pence has declared this week an official period of mourning after the loss of three law enforcement officers in the line of duty over eight days.

Pence on Tuesday ordered flags to be lowered across the state during the period, which the governor is calling a "week of heartbreak."
